LearningVision@Work, NCS commenced operations in November 2001, allowing parents around the Ang Mo Kio area to have the convenience of having your children near your workplace or home.
Children in the centre enjoy many integrated and hands-on learning experiences, which help to develop their cognitive skills, and stimulate their natural curiosity in language, math, science and social studies. The Speech and Drama, Music and Movement and Art lessons provide them with opportunities to appreciate the visual and performing arts.
Unique to this new centre is the Kinderpreneurship programme for the K1 and K2 children. The Kinderpreneurship programme aims to foster self-sufficiency, improve communication skills, increase self-esteem and leadership ability and to inculcate a desire for learning. The basic concepts of building a business are introduced to our young entrepreneurs. Children are encouraged to identify their hobbies or interests through which business ideas are developed.
