Located in the heart of the Central Business District, Learning Vision @ Cecil was previously located within the Ministry of National Development. With a much strategic and accessible location, Learning Vision @ Cecil will be able to cater to more parents working around the vicinity, providing infant care, toddler, nursery and kindergarten. The new centre will boast a fresh and contemporary setting, as well as new learning corners to facilitate the latest approach to learning through projects and exploration. Parents and children can look forward to new classroom facilities as well as an atelier, music and drama studios. Join us when we raise the curtains to the centre this March!
