Founder, Chief Executive Officer and
Chief Financial Officer
is passionate and experienced in setting up, operating and managing preschool centres. She started the first Learning Vision centre in 1989. She devoted her personal attention and involvement in the aesthetics, operations and inherent philosophy of ‘Children First’ in every Learning Vision centres.
Rabiatul Adawiah
Chief Operating Officer
is responsible for Learning Vision’s local and global operations. She also oversees the Marketing Communications, Business Development and Curriculum departments of the organisation. She joined Learning Vision in 1995 and rose through the ranks. Backed by many years of experience in Early Childhood Education, she also holds a Diploma in Montessori Method of Education from London Montessori Centre.
